Faux floral arrangements: Due to the handmade nature of each design, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.

Print-on-demand items: These are made-to-order, so we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Digital products: Non-refundable (since they are instant access), but if you have trouble with your file, we’ll help you get it resolved.

Some items are shipped directly from our print partners (like totes or mugs), while others (like floral arrangements) are shipped from our studio. This allows us to offer more designs while keeping everything made-to-order and high quality.
