We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Standard shipping times:

  • Faux Floral Arrangements: 2–3 business days within the U.S.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) items: Produced and shipped via Printful, typically 5–10 business days

We are currently only shipping within the United States.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Orders including both Faux Floral Arrangements and POD products will ship separately.

Returns & Exchanges

Faux Floral Arrangements
Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Print-on-Demand Products
All POD items are made-to-order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind.

But don’t worry! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right. Here’s how:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue.

  3. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit.

  4. For defective items, we’ll cover return shipping if needed.
